MyFitCoach is available for free download. To use the app, an active subscription is required, available monthly, quarterly, or annually. Subscribers will be charged for the selected period after purchase.
The charge will be made after purchase confirmation through your iTunes account. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
Subscriptions can be managed in iTunes account settings and auto-renewal can be turned off. There will be no refunds for any unused portion of the term. Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Great app!
I have seen results, and I don’t have to think about what workout I need to do! I will say, the weights adjust for an unknown reason sometimes when doing workouts, but can be edited easily.

Great for Beginner
I had never lifted weights until I got this app and I have been using the app for just over a year now. I increased from 3 to 4 days with a push/pull format and I’ve really gotten into it! I’ve done a body recomp with a 500 cal deficit a tracking (separate app) and lost about 30lbs, in a healthy BMI and I feel stronger then ever with actual muscle definition. The demos of how to do things are really helpful and it provides a focus for what to do and how to increase weight/reps each week. I have had to customize workouts more specific to hypertrophy myself (using ChatGPT to analyze the workouts provided) because some muscles weren’t included (chest, lats, calves, etc) but it’s evolved to meet my needs perfectly. There are a few machines missing from planet fitness and a few quirks with occasional super high reps and pausing music (works better when I have my Apple Watch on even though the watch app doesn’t work well at all) so hope those get fixed but all minor in the scheme of things! A huge help on a fitness journey!
