Best App for Beginners

I started working out around mid-September of 2025, got a free trial for premium and used the plan generator to curate something that would work for me since I had no idea what I was getting into. Writing this on February 25th of 2026 and I can say that it’s most certainly worth it, I’ve gained almost 40 pounds of lean muscle and encountered little to no pains or sores in my joints or muscles due to the apps balanced planning that decreases stressors on one muscle group and in general remains pretty conservative with loads whilst also having a great progressive overload function in the premium version. Highly recommend!
