Works when it work. Screws you when it doesn’t.
I love this service in theory. LA is in desperate need of something like this, but often times when I book a ride, it cancels on me or fails to show at all. I believe there are only a very small amount of these busses going around, but there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement. Nothing is more frustrating than waiting 20 minutes for a ride and then being told you’ll have to wait another 20. Hope somebody finally provides funding to fix this service.

Has potential, but useless for me
I downloaded the app, realized I was out of zone, then scanned the map to find where I could use it. It only has two zones: Culver City to Venice and the area bordered by the 110 and 10 freeways. I don't live anywhere near those areas and LA is a huge city. I'll wait for the program to experience its growing pains before installing this again.
