Needs some work
First, two words: DARK MODE. Extremely distracting to have to deal with this in the dark. Second, two more words: SCALABLE FONTS. The text is entirely too small. Third, you don't need location information while I'm not using the app. Stop it. Learn your place. There are numerous other issues concerning labyrinthine design and general bugginess, and some of these can be ascribed to corporate users who don't think through the end user experience.

Great
The only thing I think that would make it better is if it were to display the average time it takes to get from one pickup to the next. For instance if you have two stops it would be helpful to know how far the second stop is from the first stop that way you can let dispatch know if it could potentially cause one of the drop offs to be late. I am from Colorado but am not familiar with some parts of Colorado so sometimes when I accept the pickups I don’t realize how far apart they are from each other and this has caused me to be late a couple of times. Otherwise it’s great! Thanks!

Bad update
I can no longer see the addresses because of the blue text. It is harder to see. You need to offer the ability to change the font size so that people with smaller devices can still keep their job. Also trying to look at this bright white screen while driving in the dark is hazardous to everyone included. We need dark mode.

App suggestion
Decent app but could be better if was able to use with Carplay

This latest update removed the ability to use the flashlight while scanning which is a very important feature
