Absolutely horrible
Very non-transparent about charges and staff gives wrong information that led me to surprise charges and fees. Also extremely difficult to sort anything out with customer service. Do not use!!!

There are so many better options
Gym is alright but they charge you a lot for renting courts and in top of that they charge you way over what they should for borrowing a racquet. I got scammed out of a fiver because they didn’t want to include my racquet with the price of my friends. They made paying really difficult as well. Some employees are great but others are just plain annoying. Another huge problem that I have with this gym is that you can only work out with one other person. I have to leave my friends and work out on my own because an employee doesn’t want to let us. We have never been loud and we are respectful with the equipment but they don’t care and ruin it for everyone anyway. The rule was 3 people in a group before but then they changed it to 2 and tried to act like it was always like that. All things considered the gym is still ok. Recently they have made a new rule that if you are under 16 you can’t use half of the equipment. This makes no sense and they have not given us a reason as to why.
