Absolutely would not recommend this company and app.
The app itself works sometimes and crashes most times. Aside from that, you can’t just cancel. After MULTIPLE attempts to cancel online, over the phone and over email, their customer service makes you just thru a bunch of loops to cancel. I got charged for three months and they have yet to refund me. Their customer service rep Serena has intentionally ignored all the evidence I have showed them that I reached out and complied with all their requests, even acknowledging that the company service reps had intentionally ignored my emails I had sent MONTHS ago asking to cancel. After all this mental and emotional strain of reaching out and canceling, along with getting refunded for the months I was charged for when I had asked for a cancellation, I can confidently say I would NOT recommend this company.
