AMAZING COMPANY THROUGH AND THROUGH
I have loved my Ultrahuman ring ever since I got it! There are always new updates and health insights, and the ring itself is also so cute and stylish. I did stat to notice after about 6 months a bit of wear on the gold finish of mine, so I messaged Ultrahuman with photos. Almost IMMEDIATELY they issued a replacement. No problems at all. Honestly, this is the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Excellent customer service
I have had to contact customer service twice for hardware issues within the ring and both times I have gotten very fast and helpful responses. When there was no fixing the ring due to hardware issues there was no problem is getting a replacement ring. I love my ring and am much more aware of my health and lifestyle choices since getting it. I will never not recommend this ring brand over others.

4.5 Stars - Good but not great
I’ve had this ring now since the beginning of the year and ran into 2 issues with it. The first one was for a connection issue and the second time when I got a new phone and couldn’t connect the ring to it. This is the second time now that I am receiving a free replacement which is absolutely outstanding on the customer service part of Ultrahuman. I think a lot of other companies would charge you for that - so I am very grateful. The only negative remark I can make (as someone who has used a Whoop before) is that the ring doesn’t automatically detect workout activities. I am not the best when it comes to remembering to start a workout (so that might be on me) beforehand, so adding a feature to have the activity automatically be detected while not frying the battery of my ring would be awesome! Overall 4.5/5 stars! ⭐️

(12/17/25 now 4 rings that don’t work) 3 Rings in 6 Months and Still Not Working
UPDATE FOR 12/16 - support did send me a fourth replacement after originally making this review. Ring worked great until 3 days ago. It disconnected and now won’t connect no matter what reset I try, Bluetooth force connection etc. so sad that this tech doesn’t last. Will not be seeking a replacement. After 4 rings and assurances that they will all work I’m just over it. Original: So disappointed….i absolutely love the ultra human ring and technology and being able to see all of the data. However, I purchased my first ring in March this year (2025) it’s now Sept (2025). In the short 6 months, I have gone through 3 rings and not one has functioned properly. The first ring was great for a short while then the battery started dying within a day. I worked with support back then and they were amazing! They helped me troubleshoot and when the battery still drained, immediately put in a replacement order. The 2nd ring showed up worked great for about 3 months then suddenly wouldn’t connect to my phone or app. Support this time was very difficult to work with (honestly seems more like a bot whereas the first time definitely felt like I was talking to a person) and it took me about 9 days on constantly trying to work with them before they ultimately replaced the ring. Then this last one I got now has the same battery drain issue (it’s even set on chill mode). 11am was fully charged. At 6:30pm same day it’s already dead. I have done soft and factory resets, updated the app (several times) self troubleshoot, updated firmware, etc and it dies within 8 hours. So sad because I love what they monitor and I think the app is beautifully designed and the tech is amazing, ring outer is beautiful but i have yet to have a ring work for more than a couple months without having major issues that make it unusable. :(

Do not buy anything from this company!
Everything is misleading. Each of the “power plug” are subscriptions which end up costing more than Ora Rings. Very shady business practices. The ring is garbage sold under the pretenses that you do not have to subscribe to get your data yet you do. They also offer Ultrahuman X subscription, which is supposed to cover the replacement of the ring. This apparently is not available in the US, but they continue to sell it. If you purchase it, they then refuse to refund it. Their customer service is rude.
