Okay, but not exactly what I was looking for
I like that I can set reminders and I like the haptic feedback. But, I wish I could personalize it more. I was given specific instructions for Kegels by my physical therapist, and it would be nice if I could make adjustments for the hold/release times. For example, I want to do 10 reps where I hold for 10 seconds then relax for 10 seconds. Then I want to do quicker hold 2 and relax 2 seconds for 10 reps. Thank you for the update! I love the new change!!
