In addition to the ability to submit a variety of service requests to any department, this resident-centric application also provides easy access to the city’s most popular programs and services including the bulk trash schedule, utility billing, recreation classes, library events, and frequently asked questions.
The easy to use service request function can be used to report a variety of issues such as graffiti, potholes, damaged sidewalks/signs, code compliance, street light outages, parks maintenance and more.
