I don’t think anyone actually looks at the reports. I’ve put in a couple reports and nothing has been done.

Need to make app able to bill pay
City Chandler App would be way more helpful if you could pay your bill through it. We’ve lived in Chandler for 3.5 years and it’s still not an option. Prior to moving to Chandler lived in Mesa. Mesa’s app has been able to accept payments for at least the last 5 years. Not to mention City of Chandler’s website isn’t cell phone friendly. Time to get with the time Chandler.

I use to really appreciate this app. But now I can no longer log in, and am unable to reset my password. 🥺

App no longer working
After updating iOS recently the app is no longer working. Simply shuts down when you attempt to open, I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. Feedback submitted to the city several weeks ago.
