Just OK
App is just ok. It logs well, but not much else. App appears to be lacking API extensibility to connect to other services to import information. It should either connect to Garmin or Strava, or Apple Health to log workouts and track caloric deficit based on nutrition/BMR/workout data. Ultimately, not a lot better than a notebook and pencil.

Terrible UI
These are all things that MyFitnessPal does correctly. Does anyone who built this actually use the app? - switching apps resets the page If you’re in the log adding an item, then switch to another app (ex: Safari to look up a food, or your notes), then switch back to this app, the app navigates back to the home page. I don’t know any other app does this. - doesn’t remember the last amount for a food you entered in the past - when making a custom food, someone decided the serving size input should be a number slider. You literally can’t put “100 grams” as it goes up to 99
