I’m trying to create an account but it’s not letting me because it’s saying my global is not found.

I put in my global ID and I apparently already set up an account but the highlighted text that reads “Forgot password” doesn’t do anything when I press on it. I need to reset the password but I can’t. Need help. Ron Koontz.
