Subpar at Best
From the customer app experience, it logs you out of your account over and over. But for some reason the login page is the most inconvenient place in the app. It should be the first thing I encounter if it’s going to continuously log me out. I HATE that it displays all of the old or cancelled appointments every time I look at my appointments. It often shows an error message when loading. The admin side of Acuity app is much worse.
