I can’t access my account they said they’ve blocked my log-in email. It’s impossible to reset password especially when you are out of the country. I have 20k pesos in my savings and can’t access it.

Why is that i cant log out my account? I downloaded it on another phone and i want to log out it on my old phone but still saying LOG IN instead of LOG OUT. Pls fix or let me know how to log out my account thank you
