Can’t Fixed Account Problem!
I’m trying to register my new roaming number. Because the old one was rejected after Philippines required to register your phone number my old sim lost signal. But they won’t let me do it because I already have an account. So I contact customer service if the can replace my new number you account she/he told me it will take 7 days so I’ll wait for 7 days nothings happen I still can’t use my account!
