App is good but not perfect
I’m happy to have this app and the ability to order swim passes online. They took eight days for me to get the purchase complete.. when I went to the shopping cart that kept giving me an error. I phoned the Aquatics Office and reported the problem. First, I was told to make sure that my credit card was on file. It was. I was told the person who could address it was not there, and I was told he’d be in the next day. I requested a follow up and got nothing of that nature. I called again two days later. A lovely woman named Joy assisted me. We entered a different credit card (though the first one is valid). Then, the app finally worked. It seems that the app is Primitive and doesn’t give good error messages. And the follow up from PARD is typical.
