How it works:
Departure
1. Take a ticket at the entry booth, the cashier will then direct you where to park.
2. Our shuttle will pick you up at your vehicle and drop you off at the curbside of your departing airline.
Return
1. Our shuttle picks up continuously at the Ground Transportation Center at B5, 24/7, and drops you off at your vehicle.
2. Payment for parking will be completed after you have returned to your vehicle as you are driving out.

Can't even reserve
The app is less than useless. When you open it, your only option is a QR code to find your shuttle. The button to reserve a space is nowhere to be found. I even had my husband download to see if it was just mine but it's the same for him.
