Disappointing
My first experience with On Air Parking was outstanding. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. When I arrived at the parking facility, I was told I needed to pay an additional daily fee for an oversized vehicle. My $172 parking expense turned into a $304 expense. I ended up not parking at the lot. And it does turn out there was a warning that there may be an additional fee for oversized vehicles buried in the fine print. I do think the app should ask what vehicle you are planning to park and present offers that accurately reflect how much it will cost to park. I reached out to customer service to better understand what happened and I am still waiting for a response.
