Internal transfers
App is mostly user friendly. The only two issues is the face biometric requiring two cycles and doesn’t always work. The second more annoying bug is trying to complete an internal transfer but you can’t select or see a balance or option (only a blank space).

Available balance is lagging
Bank has great customer service and awesome deal but my balances lag behind and never know my exact available balance to spend .
