Not as intuitive

The app is pretty and looks great, however paying for items should be easier. Adding a cc should be a simpler process that allows for auto-filling. Why can’t I use my Apple wallet to click pay? Seems unnecessary to create an account.

Poor usability with the basics

Account management (autofill, resetting password, etc) is a terrible experience. The app also had verification errors with my valid payment methods. Supporting Apple Pay instead would help with a lot of the hassle.

W76th location is poorly staffed

I’ve ordered from the w76th location twice and, both times, no one was at the location when I arrived and I had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to show up.

Clunky

5 clicks to reorder the same thing from the same location paid by the same card. And then you order… and no one is AT the location. And you can’t neither reimburse nor cancel the order. Annoying.
