I’ve completed 4 studies thus far and they always pay out, give bonuses, respond to questions, and have clear instructions. I’ve never had any problems uploading or reaching out for support. Similar to Dscout but focused on AI. Would definitely recommend.

They do pay if you are accepted

I’ve qualified for 2 studies and they do pay. A reoccurring problem I ran into on my iPhone was being unable to hit record. I emailed back and forth and they finally identified the problem. I have my font larger and it prevented it from working. It took a while so by the time I needed to redo pat 2, the study was over. So I got paid for a part. If this happens go into your system setting and put the font to the smallest possible size. another issue is when trying to do the qualifier questions it does the same thing. It makes it very hard to do them as you might get an inch or two on the horizontal ones. I did just upgrade from an SE to a 16. This might change it a little. There is not an accessibility button but most apps don’t have that . Patreon has this issue as well. You can only make the headings bigger

I’m disappointed in my experience thus far. It seems as though there are some problems and I have made efforts to reach out for support with no communication on their end. The amount of time i spent was wasted however everything was uploaded so I can not help but feel I have been scammed!

They really do pay you!

I’ve been using pulse labs website for about a year now and so far I’ve made over $500 from participating in their studies. That’s actually really good compared to these other “survey” sites that pay you pennies for your time. You do have to be picked for whatever study you applied for but once you do it’s so easy to do them! Their support team responds a lot faster then most other sites and if you made a mistake or missed something they’ll let you know and let you do it again or you have to tell them and ask if you can if they didn’t catch it the first time. This is the first time I’m using their app so fingers crossed it goes good! (I’ll update this review if anything changes for the better or worse)
