About VRT Booking
VRT OnDemand is replacing the current ValleyRide fixed route bus system. VRT OnDemand will provide better transit flexibility than a traditional fixed route bus system. You will schedule a ride, when you need it. VRT OnDemand will not run on a set schedule and will expand the current service area. You will be able to book a trip between any two existing Valley Regional Transit bus stops or any of the virtual bus stops.
How do I pay?
You can purchase a pass at any of our outlets. You can pay with cash when on the bus when you board at the fare box. You can purchase a pass through our Valley Connect mobile app. More information on fares and passes can be found online at valleyregionaltransit.org.
How long will I wait?
The drop off window is an estimate based on your desired travel time. Because this is a ride-sharing service, actual drop-off time may vary due to demand. Please understand that while we make every effort to arrive at your desired travel time, you may have a slight wait for the VRT OnDemand due to demand. If you must arrive at your destination at a specified time, we recommend planning your trip to arrive early.
When does VRT OnDemand operate?
VRT OnDemand runs Monday through Friday. You can request a ride by downloading the mobile app or by calling the Help Desk at 208-345-743. Please visit our website for more information valleyregionaltransit.org.

Pick-up designations need to be more convenient. Nearest is 4 blocks up hill from my home. I use a walker. Not convenient for me.

Terrible
The least reliable transportation service in the world. Every time you book a bud they say ‘demand is too high’, and if you’re lucky enough after an hour or so, you might get a bud coming to you but best believe you will be waiting more than an hour for that as well. You’re better off walking to your destination
