About ZOOMO - Scan Your City

Zoomo is the first real estate aggregator type application, which integrates augmented reality in the process of buying or renting property of any kind, from apartments, houses, villas, to commercial spaces, offices or land.
Zoomo allows the end user (the customer), through an easy, simple and intuitive interface, to use the mobile phone camera to scan the surrounding reality and identify the property according to his needs.
Zoomo thus brings in one place the classic, but reinterpreted concept of real estate aggregator, where users can identify properties on the map according to their needs, applying filters or search criteria, combined with an innovative concept of augmented reality engine, which moves the process of identifying properties into reality, using the camera of the mobile phone.
Thus, using the mobile phone camera, Zoomo allows users to interact with the environment to identify properties by scanning immediate vicinity, facilitating the placement of real estate ads on the facade of the buildings where they are properties for sale or rent.
The interface is friendly and ergonomic, designed to position the properties for sale or rent on the right floor, using standard principles of altimetry, respectively measuring in real time the height of the mobile phone compared to the ground and reporting it to the height of the floor where the sale / rent property is available..
The application is built on principles of ergonomic simplicity, insisting on the end-user experience, without any buttons, options, or unnecessary filters. Depending on the market response, we will implement additional options in the second stage of project development.
At the same time, the application promotes professional agents and properties in exclusive listing regime, thus assuming a role of educating the market, professionalizing the agents and increasing the quality of the services in the real estate field.
