Robby Nelson has 25 years of kickboxing experience. In 1996, he became European and World Champion at 69 kilos, and in 2003 he was the Dutch Champion freefight at 80 kilos. Since 1997, he has been a kickboxing trainer and in 2006, he began working as a personal trainer.
New Exercises every day:
The training program is a unique combination of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) principles, bodyweight exercises, agility elements and kick and strike techniques from kickboxing. Together, this creates one of the most complete full-body training, with quick results being achieved in a short time period.
