After hour check in doesn’t work
After hour check in doesn’t work, nobody answers emergency support either, even the voicemail mailbox is full. Had to find a different hotel at 11pm. Will not recommend this hotel at all!

The app is very user friendly. No need for a room key and allows for check in right on your phone.
