PHR Education Edition

The Potentia Health Registry application includes a daily assessment which securely and safely collects actionable data in real time per any individuals reporting to educational institutions who partner with Potentia to reopen their schools successfully. Items pertaining to COVID-19 symptoms, exposure and testing along with the intention to report to school are tracked and displayed in real time to aid administrative functions. The app also acts as a communicative tool between the school administration and parents.
