Faulty Sensor and horrible customer service
After using Signos for 8 weeks for the most part the signos app and sensors worked well. However their customer service is another story. My 5th sensor for some reason started to have unusable and high readings from day 1 after applying. I researched why this may be showing high readings and was told it may do this for the first 24 hours or so. However after about 7 days of sporadic high readings I open a ticket with customer support to alert them. To make a long story short. They first denied any high readings and then asked for proof as I compared my glucose readings on cgm vs fingreprick reading on my mojo health app. Even though I provided factual proof and screenshot of both readings. Signos CGM showed 206 and mojo health fingreprick showed 105. They stated it was near the 15 full days of use and that towards the end that it can show high false reading and refused to do anything about it. My whole experience with customer service may me feel like they will make all kinds of excuses to not provide any compensation to its customers. Horrible customer service and would not recommend!

New sensors are horrible
The new sensors that they have gone to are horrible. They already had to send me a new one because my first one failed in a couple days. Now I’ve had the second one in for two days and after multiple lost signals it’s failed as well. Hoping I can get my money back. Used to be a great experience, but those days seem to be over. Plus, it says it takes two days for it to calibrate. So are you charging me for those two days of worthlessness? No thanks.
