Go Annual is a program created for the Georgia citizens over the age of 65, providing healthy lifestyle resources and information such as recipes, tips, exercises, news and discounts to encourage the healthiest and happiest lifestyle during their golden years.
Go Annual is a not-for-profit brand with the goal of encouraging more Georgians to take advantage of their free Annual Wellness Visit. We’re part of a partnership between the State of Georgia, academic institutions, community organizations, professional associations, and the State Aging and Disabilities Resource Connection Network. Go Annual is directly supported by the Georgia Memory Net and Emory University.
The purpose of the Annual Wellness Visit is to create or update a personalized prevention plan that may help prevent illness based on your current health and risk factors. The Annual Wellness Visit is not a head-to-toe physical. It’s not invasive.
