Fraudulent funds withdrawn

First of all, when I used to call customer service, I would talk to a really nice lady named Ellen who was very helpful and made sure that everything was running great with my account. Now, when I call, I get a person I can barely understand because they’re obviously in a different country. I have been fraudulently charged a document processing fee of $35 on my account which I do not owe. Now they’re saying there’s no way to correct this and refund my money. I was told there’s not even a corporate office that I can call to get this resolved or anybody else I can talk to you to get this resolved. I was just told no you can’t get your money back.
