I actually got this device for Christmas, because I live in USA , I had to go through Harrods to get it, for some reason they aren’t for sale in US. While trying to register, my device showed error. I contacted the customer support and was told that problem isn’t in device, but their app. So, 3 weeks later I was packing it up to return it and decided to try one last time. And I was able to register and use it. My issue is why do you sell something that costs 800$ if you haven’t perfected app !???? There should be some penalty, discount of gift card , otherwise it’s irresponsible.But the results are AMAZING!!! I actually just recently got same mask for my neck and hands. It’s an investment, but worth every penny)

The app won’t connect with my FAQ 202!!! Before works good but yesterday can’t find my device. Please do something that I can enjoy all the treatments.!!!
