Unbelievably bad app. Super slow. Crashes out for no reason. For a company than pulsing billions in revenue, I would expect a lot more.

They never respond and doctor recs are suspicious

I’ve received several notices that I have a message or notification in my account, when I log in there’s nothing to be found, I’ve written three times in 3 months to ask and have literally never heard back. Also, their doctor recommendations have no reviews, links, or feedback so I guess they expect you to choose based on name and distance only? It’s super unreliable. A lot of the doctors have atrocious reviews when searched. I would t use their platform for looking for doctors or expect responses from in-ap messages.
