Please fix this
This is the first camera app I’ve ever used that you must be on the same network to add a system. That is an unbelievably not useful “feature”. I install cameras professionally and will not be installing any more Capture partly due to this fact. It’s incredibly inconvenient when a customer is trying to add their cameras from, let’s say, their business and I swing by their other location to add to their phone. Well guess what. You have to be on site for that. So stupid. I have used probably over 50 different brands and this is the only one that I can remember with this requirement.

Worst service ever
They have the worst customer service EVER. You can’t get into change your network. They have access as admin can’t change your password. They will not assist or call you back. They always have to contact the manager. But can’t tell the husband to get rid of them. His problem not mine. Don’t get this service or cameras
