About Here - Trained peer support
Here is a safe space where teens can share what’s on their mind and receive support from trained Teen Advisors peers who understand what it’s like to be a teen today.
Teens can post about everyday stress, emotions, and challenges such as school pressure, friendships, relationships, family dynamics, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed. You don’t need to know exactly what to say, just show up as you are.
How it works:
Teens 13-19 submit anonymous posts whenever they need support
Trained Teen Advisors respond with empathy and understanding
Responses are available daily between 5–10 PM PT
Our goal is to respond to every post within 24 hours
Only Teen Advisors can respond to posts.
If you’re not ready to post, you can browse topics and read how other teens have navigated similar experiences.
Teen Advisors are supervised by mental health professionals.
This app provides emotional support and peer connection. It does not provide professional therapy or crisis services.

I love this so much app and has been a great outlet and a place to get advice. I was playing around and accidentally changed my age and now it says that I’m suspended and to contact an administrator. I see that this happened to someone else and I don’t know what to do.

A great resource
This app is a super helpful resource for anyone and everyone. It’s great to be able to talk and know someone is there who listens and cares. It’s anonymous which is really nice. The advisors have resources they can direct you to if you need them, and are there to help
