Construction Assistant is a BIM construction management tool based on AR and 3D visualization.
We use AR visualization to truly restore your design intent, enhance the implementation and management efficiency in your design briefing, safety control, quality acceptance, progress control and other construction scenes, reduce the rework caused by construction errors, reduce time and material costs for you, improve the quality of construction, and achieve the effect of cost reduction and efficiency in building construction. Functions include:
1. 3D model lightweight view: self-developed lightweight model platform, support rvt, ifc format lightweight display; support 3D component BIM attribute view, roaming view, spatial measurement, screenshot, hidden control, cut box and so on;
2. AR model positioning: provide two AR positioning methods including two-point positioning and QR code scanning positioning , which support indoor scanning static QR code, outdoor scanning dynamic RTK code to achieve positioning, which positioning accuracy can reach centimeter level;
3. AR model view: support BIM model 1:1 restore to the site display in the AR mode , support BIM model attribute customized view, model reveal hidden control, transparency adjustment, AR map mark the location, AR measurement, screenshot with circle note;
4. Document Management and Viewing: Support document search and download, online preview, third-party applications to open, and associate documents with models;
5. Quality management: support the creation, editing, assignment of the person in charge and reviewer of issues, update the status of issues according to the construction site, and the person in charge receives the notification in order to complete the flow of construction site problems solving and record traces;
6. Progress Management: support Gantt chart entry of planned duration, construction animation demonstration in 3D and AR modes, on-site progress update, and comparison between plan and actual to help users manage on-site construction progress;
7. All-platform message notification: push messages with PC, Web, App, Wechat public service , API to third-party platforms , real-time acceptance to the issues, schedule progress and other information to improve the efficiency of the collaboration process;
8. Data Kanban: Support operation logs, issue statistical charts, overdue rectification list and other functions, in a visual way to facilitate managers to control the quality and progress of the project;
9. Membership and permission management: provide member list and role authority system to ensure data security;
10. Offline mode: When you are in the basement and other weak network environment,you can still use the APP normally. Offline data will be synchronized with the cloud when you return to the online environment.
