App Logs you Out

It’s funny how every time you click on “Order” or press the promo codes, the app instantly disappears and you are back on the home stream. The reward program on the app is not worth it too, you will need to order deals only on special days and they have very terrible rewards as well.

Useless app

Update: Almost 3 months later and it’s still not allowing you to place an order. Still waiting for a response from the company regarding the $30 they have basically stolen from me because I am unable to use the electronic gift card on my account. It cannot be used in store, only through the app. Something they do not tell you when purchasing it. The app still does not allow you to select a store. I have a $30 gift card loaded to my account. It will not scan at the store near me and needs to be used through the app thus making it useless. Stop talking about the issue being fixed and actually fix it. Yes, I’ve removed and redownloaded it.

May 11, 2024: App still broken for everyone. Nothing being done by the company to fix it. ————————— March 3, 2024: got a pop-up saying the app was updated but it still does not allow ordering through the app. You click on Order and the map pops up to show locations on a map but can’t choose a store to place an order. ————————— This app is useless. You can’t place an order through the app. You click on Order and the map pops up to show locations on a map but can’t choose a store to place an order through the app. No 2FA and no way to add funds unless it’s $50 or $100.

I cannot select the store to order. Not sure which update broke this function. But the app is useless now.
