Very helpful w Alzheimer’s patients

This app has been priceless for us! My mother-in-law has advanced Alzheimer’s, and it’s made a huge difference. It’s super convenient to control the television — which used to be a major issue — and to check in on her. It’s also been very helpful for understanding what she’s trying to say, since we can see her on the screen and what she’s looking at. The only downside is that the TV volume is so loud, it’s hard to hear conversations w caregivers. I really wish there were a separate listening device for that. She’s a little spicy so we like to make sure she’s being nice 😂That’s the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Somewhat helpful

The telescope feature is somewhat helpful as I can see what mom is watching and if she’s having trouble with with changing the channel, but I am unable to change the channel for her using the app (advertised). The video call feature is great.

Nice but inconvenient account setup for those of us supporting multiple seniors living separately

Overall nicely done, and the Drop in feature may prove more valuable than I originally thought. I set up my dad who has Xfinity Comcast, as well as Fire stick for the Jme app (Japanese language TV). A HUGE weakness is that for those of us supporting multiple seniors living in separate locations (such as divorced parents), you need a separate email address for each account. Well guess what? For many 80 year olds? The hapless Gen X schlub offspring is going to be the account owner and manager, and we will need to set up an email address for each parent’s account, even if paying with the same credit card (mine) etc. I hope the Jubilee TV people will be able to change the account setup and app interface so that we can log in and then switch between accounts.

Major issues with their app

I have been using Jubilee for several months and all of a sudden they locked me out of the app, said they were sending a code to my email address and never got the code. Checked both spam and trash folders. Nothing. Called customer support and they tried everything. Even sent me an email…I received that. Started my email and the jubilee app. Still wouldn’t work. Tried to say it was my yahoo account, but there is nothing blocked on my yahoo account. And I am getting emails from every other entity… Even their support team. When setting up I was able to receive the codes, but for some reason they are not going through and they are saying it is on my end and nothing I can do. I can’t get into so had no choice but to cancel my subscription. They need to figure something out.

Game changer! I wish I had found this earlier

Don’t know where to start… the product has transformed our family relationship. We were struggling to take care of our mom remotely. JubileeTV made a world of difference. It had made her TV easy and interactive. Now we can put her favorite shows, send her photos, do video calls, live streaming, drop in and check on her and much much more. It also tells us about her tv watching habits and movement in the room. Saved us numerous trips, ER visits and provided her and us priceless peace of mind. Their customer service is top notch as well
