Great Product - Except Push Notifications Currently Broken
We’ve had this product since May 2024 - it’s been wonderful as a caregiver for an elderly family member! However, as of October 2024, the app push notifications have stopped working. Contacted LiveFine CS today, and they’ve confirmed it’s a known issue. Their R&D team is developing a resolution, but no estimated date of fix yet. The support team member I spoke with was helpful and friendly. Fingers crossed they get this feature fixed, as it’s a key reason we bought it. For now, I just have go into the app and manually check whether the meds have been taken, versus relying on automatic push notifications to my phone. Annoying, but workable.

Push Notifications Gone
We had used this app with no issues until the last few months it just stopped sending the notifications that medication was taken or not. Company website is gone. Very disappointing to those of us who need to have that notification sent.
