The CMS Survey App covers all the functionality of the ComplianceMap Survey/Assessments Module, including:
- Download assessment forms to be completed with or without Wifi or cell service
- Answer all questions included on your assessment form
- Upload pictures or attachments taken with your phone
- Enter KPI metrics as part of your sustainability platform
- Edit assessment information or assignments
