So easy to use
The Shape mobile app is a lifesaver! I can easily call, text, and email my customers. I especially use the texting feature more than anything and also to follow up on my newly updated accounts in the prioritized pipeline views. My internet went out recently and I was able to do pick up my work right from my phone while the internet connection was being fixed
