My Rug Tracker app is the ONLY technician app for the area rug cleaning industry. My Rug Tracker allows a rug cleaning company to manage customers, estimates, invoices, schedules, and more. This is designed to streamline area rug cleaning business operations.
Technicians have the ability to view their own schedule for rug pickup and deliveries. They can upsell and collect payments on the field. Technicians can add additional rugs directly via the app including dimensions and cleaning packages. They can also document repair notes, soil conditions and upload photos directly from the app. The software is permission-based so technicians can only see customers that are assigned to them.
