Not ready for prime time
This app barely works when it works at all. I can’t receive calls. Often times it will ring once or not at all, then tell me I missed a call. Missed calls also don’t do into the recent call list or the call history in the desktop version. We switched to Talkdesk about a year ago and besides the CX features, it has been a huge step backwards for us. They keep promising additional features are coming but we have seen little that would move Talkdesk Phone in the direction of becoming a competitive PBX solution. I had misgivings from the very beginning and I heartily wish I had pushed harder for the company to not adopt Talkdesk Phone as we gave up a lot and now have to live with an inferior product.
