Deactivated account for no reason
Opened app to use one day and saw the message “account deactivated. Please contact support” I’m not sure why they deactivated me. Reached out to “support” via internal app message as well as email - multiple times with no response at all. Want to ride the scooters but can’t, annoying

I love the scooters, but last year when I crashed, the brakes on one of them weren’t working and it wouldn’t let me stop the ride so I got overdrawn 60 dollars, and when I tried to dispute it it wouldn’t give me my money back!!
