I am NOT offline.
Why does this app tell me I’m offline when I am obviously not offline. I had cox cable come and double check. They too said there are no issues with my internet. The ONLY issue I have is THIS app saying I am offline. I have tried following the steps to reboot the gateway over and over but it does nothing. The stupid error is still there. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, still says offline. It’s a common issue according to the internet…you know, the one that claims I’m offline. I refuse to install your plus app with all its wonderful feedback and pay aspects. Now you’re going to kill the app that actually worked? I’ve supported Motorola for years. That stops soon. I’ll be buying a new gateway, any brand but yours. I will not be held hostage to junk.

Bad company to invest in
Oldie but goodie doesn’t apply here. This is a classic brand but i think it’s time to take ole yeller to the back.
