The app does not work, multiple delete, then download again. Bed will get next one star review

App doesn’t work/Can’t connect to the bed!!

When I open the app I get nothing but a black screen now. The last couple of times I’ve opened the app I have to unplug the bed and plug it back in again and set up the info in the app all over again. Now I can’t even inflate or deflate the bed. I’m stuck. Please fix the app. Thank you.
