Need support. There is not any.
The app is in desperate need of an update. There are some issues that are dangerous. Sometimes older adult adults or people with disabilities use these adjustable beds. I am one of them. When the buttons stick and the bed keeps going without stopping when you let off the button, there is no way to get the bed to stop moving. You can try the other direction, but it will keep going in that direction after pressing that button. The only way to stop it is to swipe out of the app so it stops sending the signal. In terms of programming, I believe there is a press command programmed, and the command should stop when released– press equals go and release equals stop, but sometimes releasing doesn’t register with the app and it keeps going even when you’re not touching anything. For someone with a disability, this could be falling over or falling out of bed. This is going to result in a lawsuit at some point. The website is Chinese, there is no support.

Doesn’t Connect
My husband and I have tried connecting this app to our bed on three different phones, two android phones and one iPhone. It does not detect anything. Idealbed customer service cannot or will not investigate the issue. They are very vague with their responses. They state they’ll look into it and get back with us but never do. Apparently they assume people will eventually quit calling.
