I was skeptical about this device but it worked great! I could see clearly and wow does it work. Qtips just push wax further and I was really amazed at how well this works. It’s a soft tip, doesn’t hurt and you can clearly see the results! I highly recommend. Changing my review. Now I see nothing but a blur. Will not work to see clearly. It did the first couple of times and now it’s junk.

Something finally went wrong
Not sure what happened, but the app doesn’t work like it used to and is constantly temporarily unavailable. This goes for my iPad and my iPhone. Looks like this is now some dead app with a hunk of junk plastic associated with it that will rot the Earth. Do not bother with this company.
