MoodWellth is a space created for Black women by Black women who wish to become more intentional in their well-being practices, who want to feel supported on their journey, and who hope to be understood and inspired along the way.
Inside the app, you can peruse our six cornerstones of mental well-being lessons, and visit our virtual wellness room for audio and video content on everything from meditations to journal prompt sessions and exercise demos to prayers of encouragement. Additionally, you can book individual sessions with our well-being coaches, write in your gratitude journal and record your progress.
