Honey homes has been a game changer for my home maintenance, from small fixes to large projects, it’s been amazing to see how much improvement has been made to my house over the last few months.

Service is great, App needs to be much better
The whole concept of HoneyHomes is really awesome. We have had the service for year and a half, and we absolutely love it. However, one nagging issue is this app. When the whole interaction between customer and the service provider is happening through the app, you would expect the app experience to be seamless. Instead, what we have is a dysfunctional app. For example, when you start replying, the keypad that opens up covers the latest message that you are applying to. As another example, when you entered a task and you want to edit the description, on iPhone, the keypad does not have return button. As a result, all you can do is write an endless sentence that may include the URL to a furniture assembly manual you want to provide to the Handyman. Along with your instructions.
