Great customer care!
I purchased the app in my iPad in order to have the watermarks were removed. Then, I downloaded it to my cellphone, but it didn’t sync the purchase, it was showing the watermark. I sent an email to the developer, he replied in minutes. I still had another question, and sent a second email, Matt replied in minutes again. He resolved the issue at my entire satisfaction. Great customer care!
