Unfortunately, during my time working at a public school district (NWESD), I faced resistance when attempting to introduce innovative products like Splashtop AR to the technology department. Despite the clear benefits, I was punished and marginalized for trying to modernize our tools and streamline our workflow. It was frustrating to see an unwillingness to evolve, especially when such technologies can improve team performance and customer satisfaction. Splashtop AR is everything I had hoped to bring to that environment and more, which is why I now fully integrate it into my business. It makes remote support more interactive and intuitive for both the technician and the end-user, allowing for faster problem resolution.
